Thinking about starting your own business? Our New Business Development program provides essential resources, training, and guidance to help turn your ideas into a successful venture. The program is offered by the Indiana Small Business Development Center and includes 12 sessions that walk you through the basics of starting a business. Stay tuned for details.
2. Existing Business Development
For current business owners looking to refine their skills, improve sales, or expand their business, our Existing Business Development program offers specialized workshops, tools, and support.The program is offered by the Indiana Small Business Development Center and includes 6 sessions that walk you through core topics on growing your business. 3. Personalized Coaching with a Small Business Advisor
Need personalized guidance? Our local 1:1 coaching pairs you with an experienced business advisor to help you tackle challenges, refine your business plan, and strategize for success.

4. Grant Funding for Business Development Training Participants
With support from the Growing Green & Gold Together Initiative, we are excited to have the means to invest in our entrepreneurs. Participants who complete our cohort-based new business development or existing business development training may qualify for grant funding to support their business initiatives. 5. Networking Opportunities for Small Business Owners
Starting and running your own business can be challenging, so connecting with other small business owners can be extremely beneficial. Through our networking events, you have the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn from fellow entrepreneurs. These gatherings focus on specific business topics, offering insights, and creating opportunities for collaboration and mutual support.
